Total Woman: Mind, Body & Spirit
The physical and mental health of our memberships is critical to our service to not only our community, but to our loved ones and ourselves.  We purposely aim to educate and facilitate lifestyle change for the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of our membership and the communities we serve.

Healthy lifestyle initiatives adopted by the Harford County Alumnae Chapter include:

“Total Woman Healthy Weight Program”
Fortified with a little friendly competition, this weight-loss challenge initiative encourages members to incorporate healthy lifestyle choices – in diet, exercise and recreational activities – into their daily regimen.

American Heart Association's “Go Red for Women” campaign
With heart disease recognized as women's #1 killer, this initiative raises awareness of the risks and causes of heart disease and focuses women on healthier life styles.
