Greetings and Welcome to the greatest chapter in the Eastern Region!

The Harford County Alumnae Chapter (HCAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. welcomes you to our website. HCAC was chartered on June 10, 1979, by fifteen determined and dedicated women. As we have reached 30 years of service we are still devoted to doing so much more: within our Sisterhood, for Harford and Cecil County communities; working diligently via partnerships with other Greek & Social organizations; and other public service agencies in our surrounding areas! We are embracing the challenge to surpass the standards we have set forth for public service as we Transform Lives and Impact Communities.

Under our Public Service commitments, HCAC will continue working toward our 5-point programmatic thrust:
· Economic Development
· Educational Development
· International Awareness and Involvement
· Physical and Mental Health
· Political Awareness and Involvement

As you review our website, see the endeavors of this magnificent chapter at work, serving the People; our Organization; placing special emphasis on Women and family issues; excellence in all programs and events; with a zeal for loving principles of Righteousness. In HCAC we say, "small chapter" is a misnomer when you have big hearts committed & called to serve!

We invite you to visit the National website for a closer look at the history of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Please visit the sorority official website at

Thank you for visiting our chapter's website! We look forward to your support and partnerships in our many Chapter programs, and please continue to visit the site for upcoming events and information!

With Sisterly Love& Service,
